Campari and Gin with Rum Liqueur

campariginorangeGin gets a douse of orange from both Campari, a bittersweet apéritif, and Clement Creole Shrubb, a rum-based orange liqueur.

4 oz gin
2 oz Campari
1 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
ice cubes

Garnish:
orange peel twists

Shake gin, Campari, and Clement Creole Shrubb in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish each with a twist.

Makes 2 drinks.
