Bourbon Bellini (Savannah)

What is better than a Bellini for New Years Eve? A Savannah Bourbon Bellini. Peach liqueur, bourbon and bubbly. Happy New Year from all of us to all of you.

1 oz bourbon
2 oz peach liqueur, chilled
4 oz Champagne, chilled

Garnish:
sugar, for glass rim

Rim Glasses with sugar.

Add Black Reserve, Peach Nectar and stir.

Add Prosecco.

Makes 2 cocktails.
