Green Juice

This simple homemade green juice recipe takes 4 ingredients, 10 minutes, and a juicer or blender (whatever you have will work.) Easy, healthy, and loaded with nutrition. And it tastes so refreshing.
½ head broccoli (or 6 leaves kale), chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley
Press all ingredients through a juice extractor.
Stir and serve immediately.
Makes 1 drink.
