Chunky Monkey Milkshake
Chocolate + bananas + peanut butter = Chunky Monkey. This sweet, rich Chunky Monkey Milkshake is awesome with breakfast or as a quick snack. It's sweetened with stevia, so it's lower in sugar than a "normal" milkshake, plus it has the added benefits of grass-fed collagen. Make it dairy-free, too, if you like.
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
½ banana
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. Rich Chocolate Syrup
1 cup milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Garnish:
1 slice banana
chocolate chips
Blend on medium for 1 minute.
Pour into a sundae glass.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 1 serving.
