White Wine Sangria with Plums
This white sangria recipe can definitely be tweaked to your taste - throw in what you like.
2 plums, pitted and thinly sliced
1 orange, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 cup green grapes, halved
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup Cointreau
1 bottle crisp white wine (750 mL)
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher. Mash fruits gently with the back of a wooden spoon to release their juices. Add wine and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 48 hours (the longer it sits, the fruitier it will be). Divide among ice-filled wineglasses.
Makes 4-6 servings.
