Red Wine Sangría with Rum
1 bottle red wine (1.5 L)
1½ cup rum (dark preferably)
½ cup white sugar
2-3 pieces fruit, thinly sliced (lemons, limes, oranges are best)
1½ cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
In a large 2 L container, pour in the sugar, cut fruit, rum, wine and juice. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
