Classic Biscuits (Bisquick)
These light, fluffy 3 ingredient homemade biscuits are made easy by using Bisquick mix and can be ready to eat in 20 minutes.
2 cups Bisquick
⅔ cup milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preheat an oven to 450°F (230°C/210°C fan, Gas Mark 8).
In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Drop the dough by 8 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
