Dulse Crisps (Nova Scotia)
A surprising treat with all the flavour of crisps (chips) but with the added nutritional benefit of dulse (seaweed).
1 pkg dulse
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Open the dulse packet and break into mouth size pieces. Add some sesame oil to a frying pan and heat.
When hot add the dulse and cover with the oil. Stir for a minute or so until well covered. Remove and place on a piece of kitchen roll.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Wait a couple of minutes for the dulse to crisp up and enjoy.
