Marinade (Italian)
A simple olive oil based marinade used for most italian meat dishes.
1 lemon, freshly squeezed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano (or marjoram, rosemary, basil), or 1 tsp. dried
ΒΌ tsp. sea salt
Combine all ingredients and marinate vegetables for 30 minutes to one hour at room temperature.
