Burger Sauce (Ketchup, Relish, Vinegar)

This burger sauce recipe, which gets its tang and sweetness from ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and vinegar, is the perfect foil for a juicy and tender grilled burger, especially the mild meatiness of a turkey burger.

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. ketchup
½ tsp. sweet pickle relish
½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. white vinegar
¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground

Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl.
