Mustard Rub
A classic wet mustard rub that really sticks to the meat. You can use different types of mustard in this recipe in order to change the flavour of the rub.
2 cups Dijon mustard
1 cup parsley, minced
½ cup dried orange or lemon peel
½ cup rosemary leaves, crushed
¼ cup pepper, freshly cracked
1 Tbsp. sea salt
Mix together.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
Makes 3½ cups.
