Mustard Rub

mustardrubA classic wet mustard rub that really sticks to the meat. You can use different types of mustard in this recipe in order to change the flavour of the rub.

2 cups Dijon mustard
1 cup parsley, minced
½ cup dried orange or lemon peel
½ cup rosemary leaves, crushed
¼ cup pepper, freshly cracked
1 Tbsp. sea salt

Mix together.

Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.

Makes 3½ cups.
