Paprika Sesame Spice Rub

Great rub for a pork roast.

¼ cup Spanish paprika
1½ tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. sesame seeds
½ tsp. pepper, freshly cracked

In a small airtight container, combine paprika, cumin, oregano, sesame seeds, and pepper.

Cover and shake well to combine. Store at room temperature, up to 3 months.

Makes 1/3 cup.
