Apple and Celery Salsa

Celery and apple make a perfect combination. Tarragon, honey and mint create a delicious fresh flavour.

2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
1 rib celery, diced
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. pure honey
1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
sea salt

In a bowl, combine apples and celery. Add vinegar and honey, mix to incorporate. Add tarragon and mint to finish.

Season with salt.
