Drippy Icing

This drippy icing pairs well with our Pistachio Pound Cake or a bundt cake.

1 cup + 3 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Pour through a sieve into another bowl. Use immediately.

Makes about 1 1/3 cups, enough for two pound cakes.
