Ham and Bean Stew (Protein)
You only need five ingredients to fix this thick and flavourful stew. It’s so easy to make and always a favourite. Top with a sprinkling of shredded cheese.
2 (16 oz) cans baked beans
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
1 rib celery, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup (2 scoops) vanilla whey protein powder (39 g)
In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
