Caesar Salad Dressing (Protein)

caesarsaladdressingproteinThis Creamy High-Protein Caesar Salad Dressing is made with just a few ingredients. It is much healthier than store-bought dressing and is ready in 5 minutes.

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. anchovy paste or 2 filets anchovy
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ cup Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated
½ tsp. fine sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
¼ cup (1 scoop) unflavoured whey protein powder (19.5 g)

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed. If a thinner dressing is preferred, ad 1-2 Tbsp. of milk or water.

Makes about 1 cup.
