Brown Rice (Instant Pot)

Pressure: High
Release: Natural

½ cup onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp. butter
1½ cups brown rice
1¾ cups chicken broth

Use the Sauté function on the Instant Pot to sauté the diced onion and butter in the inner pot.

When the onions are translucent, place everything else in the inner pot.

Secure the lid, make sure the vent is at sealing, and then use the Manual setting for 22-25 minutes on high pressure.

Let the pressure release naturally, then fluff.

Makes 4-7 servings.
