White Rice (Instant Pot)

Release: Natural then Manual
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 tsp. grapeseed, olive oil, or coconut oil
1 cup water pinch sea salt
Rinse rice under cold running water until the water runs clear, then pour into the inner pot.
Add oil, water, and salt to the inner pot. Lock the lid and set the steam valve to its sealing position. Select the Rice button and set to cook for 8 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure manually.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
