Cosmo-Sicle

For you Sex and the City fans, Cosmopolitans are easily transformed into pospicles. All the flavour in a frozen treat.

1½ cups pure cranberry juice
1½ tsp. Triple Sec, Grand MArnier or Cointreau
1 Tbsp. vodka
1 Tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed

Combine all ingredients in a large measuring cup. Pour into popsicle molds.

Freeze overnight or until firm (at least 6 hours).

Makes 4 popsicles.
