Soy Dressing

soydressingThis easy homemade Asian-style dressing recipe is perfect for salads, coleslaw and bowls of any kind. The perfect balance of creamy and tangy, this simple and healthy dressing can be used as a marinade also.

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. garlic, finely minced (optional)
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to a week.

Makes 6 servings.
