Garlic Dressing (Buttermilk)
This creamy garlic dressing is delicious on salads, pizza, veggies and chicken strips. It mixes together in just minutes with only 6 ingredients.
½ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk or milk
3-6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
In a small mixing bowl or jar, combine the mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth. Adjust the amount of buttermilk until the dressing is the desired consistency.
Stir in the garlic, chives, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
The dressing will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 4 days.
