Maple Vinaigrette
Maple Vinaigrette Dressing with apple cider vinegar is sweet and smoky. It adds so much flavour to your favourite mixed green salads. It pairs really well with salads with fruit such as apples and pears or dried fruit and nuts.
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
⅛ tsp. sweet paprika
¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
¼ cup grapeseed oil or any light flavoured oil
1 pinch coarse sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
Prepare your vinaigrette by placing all its ingredients in a small jar or container. Shake well until thoroughly combined.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Makes 2-3 servings.
