Raspberry Vinaigrette
With just a few ingredients and a bit of time, this sweet raspberry vinaigrette is perfect to top salads, use as a marinade for red meats, or drizzled on roasted vegetables.
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. raspberry jam
1 pinch sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
ΒΌ cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, jam, salt, and pepper.
Add the olive oil, whisk to incorporate.
Add more salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
