Red Wine and Mustard Vinaigrette

redwinemustardvinaigretteThis vinaigrette is an ideal everyday recipe that can be made in large batch and kept in a mason jar for the week.

¼ cup red wine vinegar
1-2 Tbsp. French mustard
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake up the vinegar and mustard. Then shake with oil to emulsify.

Vinaigrette will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Makes 1 cup.
