Red Wine Vinaigrette
Made ahead and stored in a small container, this simple single serving vinaigrette is easy to grab and go to dress a salad for work or school.
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 pinch sea salt
Add oil, vinegar and salt to a small container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake to combine.
Makes 1 serving.
Make-Ahead: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake to combine before serving.
