Prosciutto Tea Sandwiches with Cantaloupe and Arugula
A quick and simple sandwich combination that most people are already familiar with; proscuitto and melon.
2 slices white bread
1-2 thin slices procuitto
1-2 thin slices cantaloupe
argula or other frizzy lettuce
Simply take 2 slices of your favourite bread and slather each side with butter and a sprinkle of salt.
On one slice (on top of the butter) add a layer of prosciutto, a layer of thinly sliced cantaloupe and a handful of arugula.
Close the sandwich with the top slice of bread and use a small round cutter to make tea sandwiches. Or, you could cut off the crusts and cut into four small squares or triangles.
Makes 1 serving.
