Maple Blazed Crêpes
1 recipe Dessert Crêpes
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Maple Cream Brandy
pinch sea salt
1 cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup Whiskey
whipped cream
confectioner's sugar
Warm crêpes on a heated plate or in a low temperature oven.
Heat the frying pan over medium heat, add the maple syrup and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then add the whiskey and flambé if desired.
Once the alcohol has burned off, place the crêpes into the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
Place on a plate with whipped cream sugar.
Makes 4 servings.
